Hotel Pick-Up

Meet your safari vehicle at your Victoria Falls hotel or lodge for an early morning departure towards the Kazungula border.

Depart Victoria Falls

Begin the journey towards Botswana. Your guide will brief you on the day's activities and the border-crossing process.

Kazungula Border Crossing

Complete Zimbabwean and Botswana immigration and customs formalities before continuing into Botswana. Travellers should carry valid passports, visas and any required travel documentation.

Arrive in Kasane

Meet your Botswana safari team and prepare for your first wildlife experience of the day.

Chobe River Boat Safari

Board a safari boat and cruise along the Chobe River. Look out for elephants coming to the water, hippos, crocodiles, buffalo and large concentrations of waterbirds along the riverbanks.

Return from the River

Complete the river safari and head towards the lunch venue in the Kasane area.

Buffet Lunch

Enjoy a relaxed buffet lunch and take a short break before the afternoon game drive.

Chobe National Park Game Drive

Enter Chobe National Park in an open 4x4 safari vehicle and begin exploring the park's wildlife-rich landscapes with an experienced guide.

Wildlife Viewing

Search for elephants, buffalo, giraffes, antelope and other wildlife while your guide explains the animals, habitats and ecology of Chobe.

Afternoon Safari

Continue through the park, following wildlife activity and stopping at suitable locations for observation and photography. Predator sightings are possible but never guaranteed.

Leave Chobe

Complete the game drive and begin the journey back towards Kasane and the Kazungula border.

Border Crossing

Complete the required Botswana and Zimbabwe border formalities before continuing back to Victoria Falls.

Return to Victoria Falls

Arrive back in Victoria Falls and return to your hotel or lodge, concluding your Chobe National Park day safari.
